Equatorial Guinea captain Emilio Nsue Lopez, aged 34, has formally announced his retirement from the national team.
This decision comes after he was indefinitely suspended due to alleged 'misconduct' and subsequently accused the football federation of corruption.
Notably, Nsue emerged as the top scorer during the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament.
