The Ghanaian national senior female team, the Black Queens, are yet to receive their bonuses for successfully qualifying for the 2024 Women's African Cup of Nations in 2023. Despite their commendable performance, winning three out of four matches, the players are owed three winning bonuses.
In an effort to motivate the team, Gifty Oware Opoku, the head of the management committee, has assured that plans are underway to settle the outstanding bonuses before the Black Queens' next match. Mrs. Gifty Oware Mensah, speaking on Angel 102.9 FM, confirmed the commitment to clear the bonuses, aiming to ensure the players receive their well-deserved incentives ahead of the upcoming game against Zambia.
As the Black Queens look forward to their next challenge, the management's pledge to address the bonus issue reflects an ongoing effort to support and reward the team for their achievements in the Women's African Cup of Nations qualification.
