According to reports from Joy News, The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG), has disconnected power to the Accra Sports Stadium over a GH¢400,000 debt owed the country’s power distributor.
This follows as the country's power distributors announced they were going on a mass nationwide disconnection starting last week by starting from high-consuming companies and facilities.
The Accra Sports Stadium is being handled and managed by the National Sports Authority (NSA) and they are yet to release a statement on this developing story.
