After a ten-day manhunt, the parents of 22-year-old Darius Joshua Appiah, son of Ghanaian pastor Maxwell Appiah found their son's lifeless body near the Frederiksberg stream in Virginia.

Searchers from the Revelation City church, together with emergency personnel and volunteers, spent two days looking for Darius Joshua Appiah's body along the stream.

They had begun their search in Alum Springs Park, within the city, where Darius's car had been discovered.

Thursday, January 23, 2024, after leaving work at 2:22 pm to get lunch, the young man, Darius Appiah, had gone missing.

According to initial accounts, his phone mysteriously turned down immediately after he went missing from the restaurant where he had his lunch, making it difficult to determine his location.

In the wake of Darius's disappearance on Thursday, January 25, 2024, his parents and the Stafford Sheriff's Office took to social media to spread the word about an adult missing person.

Tragically, a search group discovered his dead near a local creek in Frederiksberg, ending the 10-day hunt.

As they look into what happened to Darius and why he died so suddenly, the Stafford County Sheriff's Office is likely to take the lead.

According to reports, Sarah Morris, a spokeswoman for the city police, said that the cops were actively investigating the death of Darius Appiah and added that the body had been sent to the medical examiner's office to ascertain the cause of death.
